Ropar, Punjab
Shrinitha Scientific is a muffle furnace manufacturer supplying laboratories and industries across Ropar. Every furnace is built at our own manufacturing unit in Vasai East, Maharashtra, tested before dispatch, and delivered to Ropar with installation guidance and spares support.
Ropar (Rupnagar) is home to IIT Ropar and the Ropar thermal power plant, close to fertiliser plants at Nangal, research institutes in Mohali and Chandigarh, and the Baddi pharmaceutical hub across the border in Himachal Pradesh. Many of them need a reliable muffle furnace for ashing, loss on ignition, calcination, sintering and heat treatment. We supply 1200°C, 1700°C and 1800°C muffle furnaces with digital PID or programmable controllers, built to the chamber size and heating cycle your work needs.
A muffle furnace is an electrically heated, insulated chamber furnace in which the sample is heated without coming into contact with the heating elements or combustion products. That isolation gives clean, uniform and repeatable heating — which is why it is the standard instrument for ash determination, loss on ignition and high-temperature sample preparation.

Kanthal-wire heated. The everyday choice for ashing, loss on ignition, drying and routine QC.

MoSi2 heating elements for sintering, ceramic firing and high-temperature material research.

Top-end MoSi2 model for advanced ceramics, zirconia and alumina sintering and R&D work.
Prices shown are starting prices for the base configuration, ex-works Vasai, excluding GST. Final price depends on chamber size, controller and options. Each furnace is made to order and dispatched in 7–21 working days; delivery to Ropar takes 5–8 days and is included in the quote. As furnaces are custom-built, returns are not accepted; manufacturing defects are covered under our service support.
Calcination, sintering, annealing and teaching labs at IIT Ropar, IISER and Panjab University.
Coal and fly-ash analysis and LOI of ash samples at the Ropar thermal plant.
Residue on ignition, sulphated ash and loss on drying for QC labs in Baddi and Mohali.
Ash, loss on ignition and calcination of inorganic chemicals in Nangal.
Sample ashing and high-temperature materials testing at advanced research institutes in the region.

Yes. Shrinitha Scientific manufactures muffle furnaces at its own works in Vasai East, Palghar, and supplies them across Ropar and its industrial areas, including IIT Ropar, Ropar thermal power plant, Nangal and Mohali.
Muffle furnaces are offered in models up to 1200°C, 1700°C and 1800°C. Up to 1200°C models use Kanthal resistance wire, while 1700°C and 1800°C models use molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements.
Yes. You are welcome to visit our works at Vasai East, Palghar, and see your furnace tested before it is packed and dispatched by road to Ropar.
Most university labs choose a 1200°C muffle furnace for calcination and annealing. For ceramic and materials research, 1700°C and 1800°C models with programmable controllers are available.
Yes. Chamber dimensions, maximum temperature, controller type, door arrangement and power supply (230 V or 415 V) can be customised to suit your application.
