Muffle, box type, tube, split tube, CVD, atmosphere, vacuum and rotary furnaces from 1100°C to 1800°C — built for research labs, universities, quality control departments and testing centres.
Shrinitha Scientific has been manufacturing laboratory furnaces in India for over 18 years. Every unit is assembled at our Vasai works, from the ceramic fibre insulation and heating elements through to the control panel and safety interlocks.
A laboratory furnace is chosen by what happens inside it — the sample size, the maximum temperature, the ramp and soak profile, and whether the process needs air, an inert gas or vacuum. Tell us those four things and we will recommend the right model, or build one to suit.
The range below covers ashing and sintering in a muffle chamber, gas-flow work in a tube, thin film deposition in a CVD system, and oxidation-free heating in vacuum and atmosphere furnaces.
Rectangular heated chamber for ashing, loss on ignition, sintering and general high temperature work on the bench.
View muffle furnace
Larger chamber volume with a front loading door, for ceramics, glass, refractories and batch sample work.
View box type furnace
Horizontal work tube for processes that need a controlled gas flow or a vacuum around the sample.
View tube furnace
Hinged clamshell body opens around the work tube, so tubes can be changed or samples reached without dismantling. Two zone and custom builds included.
View split tube furnace
One unit that works as a muffle chamber or as a tube furnace, useful where bench space is limited.
View muffle cum tube furnace
Lift hearth raises the load into the chamber from below. MoSi₂ elements handle the top of the temperature range.
View bottom loading furnace
CVD system with gas handling and precise zone control, for thin film, graphene and nanomaterial research.
View CVD furnace
Sealed chamber with inlet and outlet ports for nitrogen, argon or forming gas, where oxidation has to be kept out.
View atmosphere furnace
Loads from above, so tall or heavy crucibles can be lowered straight into the hot zone.
View top loading furnace
Fast ramp and quench cycles for wafers and thin films, where heating and cooling rates matter more than soak time.
View RTA furnace
Inclined rotating tube keeps powders tumbling, so the whole batch sees the same temperature.
View rotary tube furnace
Water-cooled vessel with a pumping system, for heating without oxidation or surface contamination.
View vacuum furnace
Tilting body mixes the charge during the cycle, used for melts and reactions that need agitation.
View rocking tube furnaceAsh content, loss on ignition and moisture work on coal, cement, food and polymer samples.
Sintering, calcination and firing trials for ceramic, glass and refractory development.
Annealing, crystal growth, thin film deposition and nanomaterial synthesis.
Repeatable test cycles for incoming material checks and batch release testing.
A muffle furnace heats a rectangular chamber and suits ashing, sintering and general high temperature work where the sample sits on a hearth plate. A tube furnace heats a cylindrical work tube instead, which lets you pass a gas through the hot zone or pull a vacuum around the sample. If your process needs a controlled atmosphere, start with the tube furnace.
Yes. Chamber dimensions, tube diameter, heating elements, insulation thickness and the control panel are all built to requirement. Send us your sample size, working temperature and the cycle you run, and we will put together a specification and quotation.
For a single holding temperature, a PID controller with digital set point is enough. If your method has a ramp, a soak and a controlled cool, choose the programmable controller. Labs that need traceable records for audits should take the touchscreen version with data logging.
Every furnace ships with a standard warranty, installation support and a spares list. We supply heating elements, thermocouples, controllers and insulation directly, and offer annual maintenance contracts for labs that need scheduled servicing and calibration.
Yes. Our furnaces are in use in more than ten countries. Export packing, documentation and voltage or frequency changes are handled before dispatch.
Send us the sample size, working temperature and atmosphere. Our engineers will recommend a model and send a specification with pricing.
