Mumbai, Maharashtra · Mumbai Metropolitan Region
Shrinitha Scientific is a muffle furnace manufacturer supplying laboratories and industries across Mumbai. Our furnaces are built at our own manufacturing unit in Vasai East, Palghar — inside the Mumbai Metropolitan Region — so Mumbai customers can visit the works, see their furnace tested before dispatch and get quick service and spares support.
Mumbai has one of India’s densest concentrations of pharmaceutical QC labs, refinery and petrochemical laboratories, NABL-accredited testing labs, gold assaying centres and university research departments. Many of them need a reliable muffle furnace for ashing, loss on ignition, calcination, sintering and heat treatment. We supply 1200°C, 1700°C and 1800°C muffle furnaces with digital PID or programmable controllers, built to the chamber size and heating cycle your work needs.
A muffle furnace is an electrically heated, insulated chamber furnace in which the sample is heated without coming into contact with the heating elements or combustion products. That isolation gives clean, uniform and repeatable heating — which is why it is the standard instrument for ash determination, loss on ignition and high-temperature sample preparation.

Kanthal-wire heated. The everyday choice for ashing, loss on ignition, drying and routine QC.

MoSi2 heating elements for sintering, ceramic firing and high-temperature material research.

Top-end MoSi2 model for advanced ceramics, zirconia and alumina sintering and R&D work.
Prices shown are starting prices for the base configuration, ex-works Vasai, excluding GST. Final price depends on chamber size, controller and options. Each furnace is made to order and dispatched in 7–21 working days; delivery to Mumbai takes 1–3 days and is included in the quote. As furnaces are custom-built, returns are not accepted; manufacturing defects are covered under our service support.
Residue on ignition, sulphated ash and loss on drying for QC labs across Andheri, Mulund and Taloja.
Ash content of fuels, lubricants and spent catalysts in the Chembur–Trombay belt.
Fire-assay cupellation at assaying and hallmarking centres in Zaveri Bazaar and Kalbadevi.
Loss on ignition of cement, clinker and fly ash for NABL labs across the city.
Total ash and acid-insoluble ash of food and agri samples in Goregaon, Malad and Navi Mumbai.
Calcination, sintering, annealing and teaching labs at IIT Bombay, ICT and other institutes.

Yes. Shrinitha Scientific manufactures muffle furnaces at its own works in Vasai East, Palghar, and supplies them across Mumbai and its industrial areas, including Andheri East, Powai, Matunga & Wadala and Chembur, Trombay & Mahul.
Muffle furnaces are offered in models up to 1200°C, 1700°C and 1800°C. Up to 1200°C models use Kanthal resistance wire, while 1700°C and 1800°C models use molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements.
Yes. Our manufacturing unit is in Vasai East, within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, so customers can visit the works and see their furnace tested before dispatch.
For ash, sulphated ash and residue-on-ignition testing, a 1200°C muffle furnace with a digital PID controller is usually sufficient. The chamber size is chosen to suit the number of crucibles you run per batch.
Yes. Chamber dimensions, maximum temperature, controller type, door arrangement and power supply (230 V or 415 V) can be customised to suit your application.
